Experience Summary

 

 Experience as a Research Equipment Specialist includes semiconductor device and circuit assembly and packaging. These tasks include the operation and maintenance of a precision dicing saw. Packaging experience includes chip die attach and precision wire bonding using thermosonic techniques. Extensive experience in wire bonding features as small as 50 microns using 0.7 mil gold wire. As a Mechanical Technician, had considerable experience in general millimeter wave mixer research, particularly in mixer fabrication and evaluation techniques. Mixer work includes both wafer types and split block types of mixer body construction. Mixers assembled have operated from 30 to 300 GHz. Mixer types include single and dual diode subharmonic mixers and fundamental mixers with integral matching networks.
