More Than a Lab - An Institution
When you work with EOSL, you have access to one of the premier research institutes in the country. Our lab is part of the Georgia Tech Research Institute, the nonprofit applied research arm of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. GTRI performs more than $100 million in research yearly for more than 200 clients in industry and government. More than 70 percent of its research personnel hold advanced degrees, and all are committed to an independent, unbiased approach to solving problems. We also offer our association with Georgia Institute of Technology colleagues who can contribute additional talent and knowledge for meeting technological and engineering challenges.
GTRI has helped nearly 350 companies since 1991 alone. Many are repeat clients and partners. Georgia Tech ranks sixth among all U.S. colleges and universities in the amount of industry-funded research performed. As part of GTRI, the Electro-Optical Systems Laboratory is a committed partner and valuable resource in creating solutions through innovation for our customers.
